Using Vault CRM Managed Roster Member Fields in Align

Admins can update the field mappings between the roster_member__aln object in Align and the user__sys object in Vault CRM to designate specific fields as being managed by Vault CRM. This is useful when combining Align-mastered roster_member__aln records with fields that are dependent on the Vault CRM user’s input, for example time zone.

Managing Vault CRM User Preferences in Align

In Vault CRM, preferences__v records are associated with user__v records and employ Veeva-provided and customer-created business logic to impact how users interact with Vault CRM. For example, the event_country_config__v field enables admins to define a user’s default country when creating an event, simplifying the event creation process.
